The Denver Region includes Denver Metro, Boulder, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Evergreen. The home base of Science Matters in America, we bring hands on science fun to over 4,000 students annually. Our after school program is offered in over 60 schools in the Denver Region. Additionally, our assemblies delight and spark the imagination of many thousands of students throughout the year.

But it's our teachers that make the difference. With over 30 special teachers and helpers, our teachers are trained in teaching the Science Matters way - through hands on and inquiry. Hands on projects are memorable and fun.

Whether it's for an assembly, an after school class, a summer camp, or teacher development workshop, Science Matters in Colorado brings science alive. Our classes are geared for K-6 and are matched to the Colorado Science Standards. Over the next few months, we will map curriculum to the Next Generation Science standards recently issued. Our technology and engineering programs are for intermediate and middle school students - Grades 3-8.
